1.5" or 2" flexible conduit is going to be a tough item to find I'm thinking, if you are in the early construction phase wouldn't you be in a position to install either 1.5 or 2" coded PVC for your cabling runs? I believe this is the way most folks go. I also believe most would opt for the 2" over the 1.5" size PVC.
