Ok I wont use it for the tv power cord. I was thinking I could mount a box where the TV might end up on the wall and just drop the power cord (along with the a/v wires) through it down to the bottom box and plug it in someplace.

So what would you do for the power for the wall mounted plasma? I will still use a run of this stuff and a box so I can run the a/v cables to the TV...but now I need power.

Remember I wont have the TV till end of the year so I just want to be ready when I get it.
