Just a quick look at Record now and I didn't see anything about ISO burning. I use Alcohol (the cause of, and solution to, all life's problems) for burning ISOs.
Alternately Oppo recommends using the BurnAtOnce freeware ( http://www.burnatonce.net/downloads/ ) for their firmware upgrades:

# Choose "Load New Image..."
# Choose the saved firmware image file from your computer.
# Load a blank CD-R disc and click the big "Write" button. .
