If you don't mind me asking, what was the total cost to upgrade? Anything other than the additional $10-$30/month that Dish charges for the HD packs?

Did you have to pay an upgrade fee to get the HD-DVR? Which DVR did you get? Curious if you're running with the new ViP722.

Just curious as I expect I'll be going through this myself in the next 4-6 months.
