Why not get Axiom's banana plugs you have them much faster than from monoprice and they are the best I have used, just like the binding posts on the back of the speakers. Yes they are a little more expensive but well worth it IMO.

Funny thing is you could have bought them when you were there and this would be a non-issue. \:D
