A unidentified fireball, described as about the size of a football, landed in a farmers field around noon yesterday and set the remains of some cut straw on fire. The fire department had to be called.
Meanwhile,
The Ripley's Beleive It Or Not people are currently out searching a beach for a whale they buried there back in the eighties. Apparently there was some law at the time that if you pay to have a stranded whale buried, you owned the resulting skeleton.
