This Denon has ONLY HDMI connections, and the 1913 only has one component video in... Right now my system is all Analog... I don't know what i will do with all of my RCA's... it will be nice to be able to go to HDMI, due to the reduction in the over all number of cables... But, i would rather buy a new product on my terms and not due to a future update that no one really knows when it will come, but when it does my processor will instantaneously be out of date.
