Those are both excellent upgrades, you'll notice the difference immediately. I went from the VP150 to 180, better in every respect...clarity, range, dynamics, authority. Where the 150 was good, the 180 is simply on a different level. I would expect the same with the subs when you compare the EP175 to 500.
