It is possible that the drivers are made elsewhere, but I'm sure to Axiom's specs, most speaker mfg's done build the drivers. The rest of the mfg processes and tests are done at Axiom. Like you, I was also concerned, but this is no doubt the best puchase I've made in a long long time.
