You should be able to find that one listed here
http://guitarvideos.com/dvd/00dvd.htm along with a long list of others. Many of these DVDs came out originally on VHS, and the recordings may be in stereo only, but you should find lots of stuff worthy of adding to your collection. I have a few of these on VHS.

Is that Paul Simon the one where he looks like he just got out of prison? I saw one a couple of years ago where he just looked terrible. In a small studio with a small audience?
I don't believe so. This one was recorded at a theatre in Paris.
