So I have heard, All you Saskatchewanites heading back from here and now looking for a bigger home.
Ya, it is crazy here as well and has been for 10 years now. I can remember when we bought our house coming up on 11 years ago and the price listed in the show home went up by $50,000 in the 6 months it took them to build our house, they even had to delay the build a little while they tried to get more staff. Things have just worse from there. 1-2yr wait times for builds. I have heard it is getting better now that the city has slowed to a more sustainable growth, but tradesmen are still in very short supply.
