Am about to purchase either the 2310 or 3310 but am a little confused ..

2310 does not have pre-outs but the 3310 does.

I hear that Denon can handle 4 Ohms, as I have M80's, provided you don't push it too loud before it shuts down. But how loud is loud ? (for those who currently have 2310 ?)

Would love to be able to use an external amp to push my fronts (L, R and center) but not sure if the upgrade to 3310 is worth it given the other features of networking, a better amp/processor etc.
