I bought due to the price/performance and customer service reputation, but honestly I haven't been that impressed with the customer service at all. I generally get the vibe that they don't really care at all. Love the speakers (except the vp150), kind of irks me though that I have to spend another $750 to fix a problem that was solved a month after I bought my speakers (when they brought out the vp180). Bad timing on my part unfortunately.
