Here's a pdf file that contains some interesting information on the new Panasonic Plasma TV's.

It looks like one of the biggest differences between the VT50 and the GT50 is the VT50 has more options for calibration. It's also 4.6 inches wider than the GT50. I can barely make the GT50 fit.
