Yes, I may go that route and use the plastic wall anchors. I did order the full metal bracket as well. Good to know I can use it with other speakers as well. I will then decide which way to go with it. Here are few pics. First link shows my current 3.1 setup. Other 2 pics shows the rear wall where it will go. This will be 5.1 setup only. The QS8s I planned were gonna be mounted on rear wall where couch is. Notice there is only one side wall since its an open floor plan. Wall behind couch is 10 feet wide and 9 feet ceilings so should I mount them at ends of the wall? I was planning on mounting them 60 inches off the floor so the tweeter is 2 feet higher than my ears. While sitting on couch the ears are 26 inches from the back wall. So 7 to 9 feet apart and 60 inches from the floor is good idea? Any other welcome suggestions. Or should I post this in another thread? Here are pics! By the way in case anyone is wondering the front mains are spaced out about 9 feet and my ears to the mains are about 13 feet apart.
