If you have to replace the amp and/or the driver, it's a little time-consuming but it's straight-forward. Just be careful that you don't bugger up the bolt holes, observe polarity and keep cables out of the way of the driver.

While you're in there, why don't you do what I've been dying to do for the last 6 months - loosely stuff the top and bottom with polyfill. I've often thought that will tighten the 600 up.
