Checking out an Ascend system I could save a few hundred and stay under the 2K budget. The package system from SVS is looking good too.
Wid, the Ascend speakers are terrific. The CMB-170 is extremely neutral moreso than the M22. Look at this 3rd party measurement. You could do 3 of these with the QS4's and the ED Sub and it would be a pretty amazing setup for the price.
