My landlord is pretty laid back... there are 2 Dish Network Satellites on the roof from the previous tenant (which I have not removed yet). I just paid cox to install 3 new cable jacks, and they drilled all of them from the exterior...
My cable company provides the following channels in HD:

I would consider switching to directv in the future if I could get more HD channels for less.
