I guess what I am wondering is whats the point of having an external amp like that (a little black box) that now you have to find a place to put the box if it is JUST dedicated for the computer speakers? Mid as well implement it somehow into the computer speakers or something so a separate amp isn't needed.

However, if Axiom sold a separate amp that would work both with the computer system, and a stand alone 2 channel amp for other speakers, it would make more sense to me, and would probably reach a broader market.
