Haven't tried this. But I did notice a plyometrics DVD. From past experience, that's a session that you want to have with a trainer. There's a few plyo exercises that can really hurt you if you don't do them correctly and in moderation.

If you're a cyclist or want to be one, the Spinerval series are great. I've done the first few and they are great workouts. It does require you to have a trainer to put on your bike, I got one on craigslist for $100. It's similar to having a spin class at home.
