For those of you interested (relatively few I'm certain), I'm through the first month of P90x and it is definitely working its magic on me.
Some quick facts:
Waist, -2 inches
Abdomen, - 3 inches
Hips, -1 inch
Weight, -7 lbs, though I've now started to gain again as muscle is overtaking fat - or so I hope, it could just be Christmas!
Resting Heart Rate - Down ~18%
Max Pull ups - increased 100%
More importantly, the changes are starting to become visible which is encouraging me to hit the next 60 days just as hard as the first 30. Hopefully I can stick with it!
