Gotcha. I've only done the stretching routine once myself because I found it fairly boring. It's a once a week workout in their master program that they use as a rest day. If you like going at your own pace, you probably won't ever love this.
For me the scheduling works really well, but I'm more anal-retentive and really like having a detailed schedule and knowing exactly what I'm going to do every day (without it, I find myself not working out at all!).
