Well, if you do it right (with a cable amp), it's not a problem... I wired our place for 6 cable runs - 3 behind the HT (two for two VCRs, one for cable FM), one in the sitting room/formal living room, and one each in my office and the master BR.

Usually cable FM will carry distant stations as well - might be worth a shot.
