Wow.

That's all I had time for.

I went home from work with my new VP150 for a 30 minute break. 10 minutes hooking it up. Just tuned my receiver's speaker EQ flat, and didn't bother to level match. Just wanted to get something coming out of it. Listened to parts of each track on Bjork's Vespertine DVD-A (my usual reference).

I had been complaining about how Bjork's vocals sounded. Wondering why she'd choose to use such a dull, muted sounding mic. Oops, sorry about that Bjork, it was my old center channel. Now I don't think she's using a mic at all, but standing in my living room.

Well, back at work. Can't wait to go home, get the heights of my component shelves adjusted (the VP150 is a tiny bit taller than my old Sony), and then level match, and see what the receiver wants to do to room EQ this speaker. But I have feeling I'm going to disable the EQ on this channel.
