My complaint about using with the couch sitting on top, is not enough of the low level bass is able to be felt without turning it up slightly higher than think should be needed. So it ends up doing too good a job during really intense bass. It's actually kinda violent. While the bass notes in (electronic/dance) music are a little hard to detect, standing up from the couch makes it very obvious that I'm experiencing more than what's just coming through the air. (Both my subs are on SubDudes, and don't vibrate the floor at all.)

All in all, I like it. Definitely adds another layer to the experience, and I'm feeling content that I normally wouldn't have even know is on the disc. (But then again I have two small subs that don't produce audible output much below 45 Hz.)
