IN MY ROOM, Audyssey made a positive difference. I don't have a lot of flexibility relative to speaker placement or listening position. Likewise, it is a ginormous room open to basically the whole house, so room treatments are pretty much a non-starter. I absolutely agree with John that these non-signal-path methods are better initial approaches.

I thought Adrian's system sounded really wonderful. His room is very different than mine, but apparently, we both benefited from Audyssey.
