Could also use flank steak...

Recipe as printed:
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 c rice vinegar
1/4 c brown sugar
1 T sesame oil
4 cloves garlic - pressed or choped
2 T dried crushed red chili peppers

Mods after eating:

+ 1/4 c brown sugar
- 1 T red pepper
