Garlic just about makes anything taste better. Grilled cheese is such a great food, so versatile as well. I am big on dipping sauces to along with my grilled cheese such as ranch dressing, hot sauces, dijon mustards and even ketchup \:o .

My favorite grilled cheese I have ever had was a croque-monsieur.
