I'm with Rob on that one. But I will use them, new, for only one large project before they go into the re-sharpening pile. I wouldn't do that with a Forrester, but then, I didn't spend $110 US for it and have to drive 30 miles to get one.

The Freud blades that go by Avanti are a bit better than the regular $40 ones (about $60).

Since this started with 7.25" blades for Brian's circ saw, understand that there are not as many choices for 7.25" as there are for 10".

Be sure they're carbide (unless it's an 80 tooth plywood blade), and if they cost less than around $15, don't buy them.

Also, if you buy Freud, make sure that it was made in Italy, not Chiner. Seriously.

Ignore the fact that it's a reformation of the Axis Powers.
