You forgot to mention the pliers, sharp knife, and shears. My first experience with a podiatrist was for in-grown toe nails at the age of 12(?), with no anesthesia. My dad was having one of his bad days and trying to save money. Yeow!

A few months later it all grew back and we did it the right way. Back then, it included a 5 day stay in the hospital.
